Something shifted. You can feel it.Â
Maybe it happened gradually, the slow realization that the career you built your entire identity around doesn't feel like yours anymore. Maybe it happened overnight, a layoff, a reorganization, a role that disappeared before you were ready. Either way, the voice at 2AM is asking the same question: what now?
Whether you're here by force or by choice, it doesn't Matter. The ground moved underneath you and no one handed you a map for this next part.
Here's what no one is telling you: this isn't a career problem. It's an authorship problem. Somewhere along the way, you stopped writing your own story. Not dramatically. Not in one moment. In small surrenders you barely noticed at the time.
I help you find exactly where that happened, and I help you take the pen back.

Hi, I'm Heather...
I've spent 20+ years inside transformation, not advising on it from the outside, but living it. From early digital transformation to pandemics to AI. My work at SAP, Microsoft, Thermo Fisher and others has meant that every transition I've navigated, where I've helped others find their way through, taught me the same thing: the disruption is never the real problem. Losing the thread of who you are and what matters inside of it is.
The work that has always mattered most to me, across every role and every company, is the moment when someone finds the signal they stopped listening to. The thing that still lights them up underneath everything they've built on top of it. That's not something I learned from a certification. It's something I've done shoulder to shoulder with people for over two decades, and it's something I've had to do for myself more than once.
I coach a limited number of high-achieving professionals who are quietly questioning everything, their career, their direction, what will actually make them happy. My work isn't to hand you a plan. It's to help you find what's still alive underneath everything you've built on top of it, name what you surrendered along the way, and move forward with enough self-knowledge that you don't need certainty to take the next step.
I founded Anchored in Possibility™ because I believe the most underserved person in the entire coaching and development industry right now is the high performer who is questioning everything. Maybe the career that defined you for fifteen years is quietly losing its meaning. Maybe it was taken from you overnight and now you're standing in the gap wondering who you are without it. Either way, you deserve more than a vision board and a personality assessment.Â
